• Air Force Petroleum Office
  • GDG Services, LLC personnel provided program management and technical support to the Air Force Petroleum Office (AFPET), as well as functional expertise for fuels policy preparation for AF/ILGP. Personnel assisted the AFPET with program management and oversight to install 4,500 Automated Tank Gauging systems, 325 Mobile Automated Fuels Service Stations, 368 Automated Fuels Service Stations, and 2,000+ Automated Data Collection systems.
    
• Defense Logistics Agency - J6 FIC
  • GDG Services, LLC personnel provided information technology and systems to DESC with emphasis on the Fuels Retail and Financial Management programs. Personnel provided support for the DESC San Antonio network, PC hardware and software, graphics design, web development and administration, photography, video teleconferencing, and the D022D Missile Fuel Inventory and Accounting System. In addition, personnel provided Fuels Enterprise System access support and played a major role in the day-to-day project management, implementation, and testing of newly developed applications.


• Defense Energy Support Center - Europe
  • GDG Services, LLC personnel provided technical assistance expediting a DESC-funded MR&E project to construct a Fuel Line Bypass Extension at the Adana-NATO Terminal for the Turkish Ministry of National Defense (TMOND) NATO Infrastructure Branch. Personnel used their familiarity with multiple branches of Turkish General Staff and TMOND and previous on-the-ground experience with Turkish fuels infrastructure to accomplish the task and overcome hurdles that hindered DESC-Europe from gaining project approval.


• Defense Energy Support Center Financial Support Branch (RRF) - San Antonio, TX
  • GDG Services, LLC personnel developed Microsoft Access databases to track obligations designated by DESC-RR for retail management functions. These databases support the capabilities of ongoing work to establish initial requirements, track data, certify invoices/forms, monitor and report progress, and process amendments applicable to Defense Working Capital Fund obligations.
  
  
  • GDG Services, LLC personnel provided program management, functional, and technical support in the Sustainment of the Missile Fuels Program and all Retail Management functions. Personnel provided the functional and technical expertise for data entry, transaction validation, and customer service desk support for Non-DoD transactions, cost analysis and validation of sales and reports for generating payment by the government. In addition, personnel provided maintenance and financial support for Fuels Automated Systems (FAS) and implementation and interface support for newly developed FAS Fuels applications to facilitate execution of programs.


• Internal Revenue Service

  • GDG Services, LLC personnel provided technical support to the Excise Files Information Retrieval System (EXFIRS) office. Personnel assisted in requirements gathering, training/education of users, and coordination of the installation of EXFIRS related applications.
